Scrapp is a community map of places where you can buy scraps ("pieces of deep-fried batter left over in the fryer as a by-product of frying, served as an accompaniment to chips"). They're called "bits" in yorkshire. the wikipedia page reckons they're called "gribbles" in the west country, but i'm not having that.
Please contribute to this important citizen science project by marking whether your local chippies (or the chippies you visit on your travels) sell scraps.

Hello! I love scraps but it can be difficult to find chippies that sell them. That's why I've made Scrapp, to document where scraps are available. It's possible that this site won't work very well because I'm not good at this. If you absolutely love it, send me an email about it.
